Getting started with Pancho

Pancho is a set of apps for small businesses: websites and online stores, bookings and billing, video and training, and apps made for one kind of business, like an estate or a dry cleaner. We build them, host them, keep them up to date and answer your questions.

How it works

1. Create an account. It takes a minute.
2. Find an app on All apps and press Deploy. It is set up for you and opens.
3. Subscribe to All Access on Pricing. One plan opens every app, and every new one.

One plan

There is one plan, All Access, for one monthly price. Pay yearly and you get a month free. The price is on the Pricing page.

One account opens everything. You never need a second sign-in for a second app.

Your account takes a minute to make.

Signing up

Press Create free account, then give your name, your email, your country and a password. Your country decides the currency you pay in, and it can't be changed later, so pick the country you are really in.

You land on your Dashboard. Your plan is at the top, and your apps show below it once you deploy one. Confirm your email when the message arrives: it is how we reach you about your account and your money.

Signing in

Use Log in with the same email and password. You land on your Dashboard, and every app you use opens from there, already signed in.

Forgot your password? Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a link that sets a new one.

Every app lives on All apps.

Finding one

• The buttons along the top group the apps: Websites & pages, Shops & selling, Bookings, Video & audio, Business tools, Local businesses and more.
• Search apps finds one by name.
• Ready now shows the apps you can use today. Apps marked Coming soon are still being built.
• Press the play button on a card to see the app at work, and the heart to save it for later.

Reading about one

Details opens the app's own page: what it does, a tour of it at work, what you get and what's new.

Deploying one

Press Deploy. The app is set up for you and opens straight away, with sample records so you can look around. Nothing else to fill in: it is the same account.

Your apps

My apps shows every app you have deployed. Open goes back in. Manage has the app's settings, Shut down, which keeps your work, and Delete.

Inside any app, My apps at the bottom of the menu brings you back here.

All Access is the one plan. It opens every app, and every new one. Your plan belongs to your account, not to an app, so it is bought and looked after on Pancho, never inside an app.

Subscribing

1. Open Pricing.
2. Pick Monthly or Yearly. A year is priced at eleven months.
3. Have a code? Press Have a code? and add it before you pay.
4. Press Subscribe and pay by card. If you have money on your balance, you can pay with that instead.

An Upgrade button inside an app brings you to the same page.

When you are charged

Plans renew on the 1st of each month. Your first payment covers only the days left in the month you join, and after that you pay the full price on the 1st. The price you join at stays yours.

Changing your plan

Billing shows your plan, your card and every payment. From there you can Switch to yearly (or back to monthly), Pause plan, or Cancel plan. A paused plan charges nothing and starts again by itself, or press Start again. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of what you paid for, and your work stays safe.

Renewals take from your balance first, then your card. If both come up short, the payment waits on Billing for you to pay it, and nothing is deleted.

Wallet

Wallet holds money on your account. Press Add money to top it up with your card. Renewals and bills take from your balance first, then your card, so an expired card never stops your apps. The history lists every top-up and every payment taken from it.

Invoices

Invoices lists every bill we send you, the open ones first. Press Pay on an open one to pay it from your balance or your card.

Add-ons

Add-ons buys more for your whole account: more space, or more traffic. It is added straight away, priced for the days left this month, then billed with your plan. Stop ends one at the end of what you paid for.

Your space

Your space is shared by every app you use. Storage, in Settings and on Billing, shows how much is used and what uses it. When it is full, new uploads stop until you free some or add more; nothing you already have is removed.

Every app has the same short menu down the left.

• The app itself — the first button, named for what the app does.
• Tutorials — lessons for the app you are in.
• What's new — what changed in the app lately.
• Account — your name, email and password, your affiliate link, and a place to redeem a code.
• Support — ask us about this app. A person answers.
• Legal — the agreements.

At the bottom: My apps takes you back to your account and your other apps, beside Appearance, Notifications and your name.

Paying

There is no billing inside an app. Your plan, your card, your wallet and your invoices live on your account, under Money. An Upgrade button inside an app opens Pricing there.

The menu folds open with the button at the top, so you can see each button's name.

Everyone with an account can earn by sharing the apps.

Your link

Open Affiliates. Your link is already there: press Copy link and send it to anyone who needs these apps.

What you earn

When someone opens your link and creates an account, they are counted as yours. You earn ten percent of every payment they make, for twelve months from the day they joined.

Where to watch it

Four buttons along the top of Affiliates open the rest:

• Earnings — every commission, and anything taken back after a refund.
• Payouts — your bank and the money on its way to it.
• Referrals — everyone who joined through your link, what they use and what they pay.
• Analytics — who joined, day by day, and which apps they chose.

People who join through you are Pancho's customers. You see their name and plan, not their contact details.

Marketing, under Affiliate in the menu, writes the material for you, with your link already in it.

Making something

1. Pick an app at the top left.
2. Pick what you want: a proposal, a flyer, an email, a WhatsApp message, a banner, a post, ad copy, a video script or AI prompts.
3. Change the words in the middle if you like.
4. Use the buttons on the right: Copy, Download PDF, or Share link for a page you can send.

Prices and links are filled in for you and stay current: if a price changes, a page you already shared shows the new one.

Tell the truth about the apps and what they cost.

Your commissions reach your bank on their own.

Connecting your bank

Open Affiliates, press Payouts, then Connect my bank. It takes about a minute.

When money is paid

• A new commission is held seven days, so a refund never touches money already paid out.
• Once it clears, it is sent automatically every Friday, from $5.00 up.
• Pay me sends it today, for a small fee.

Earnings, also on Affiliates, lists every commission and every payout.

A person answers every message.

Asking a question

• About your account, your plan or your money: Support in the menu.
• About one app: the Support button inside that app.

Press the plus, or New message, and write what happened in your own words. Your message arrives with your account attached, so nobody asks who you are first, and the reply comes back where you asked.
