Getting started with Pancho

Pancho is a set of apps for small businesses: websites and online stores, bookings and billing, video and training, and apps made for one kind of business, like an estate or a dry cleaner. We build them, host them, keep them up to date and answer your questions.

How it works

1. Create a free account.
2. Open any app from All apps.
3. Free apps stay free. When you want an app that needs a plan, All Access opens it, and every other app with it.

Three kinds of app

• Free apps open with your account and cost nothing.
• All Access apps open with the All Access plan. Many let you look around first.
• Revenue-share apps are free to open. When one takes a payment for you, a small percentage of that payment is charged. The Apps page shows how much.

One account opens everything. You never need a second sign-in for a second app.

Your account is free and takes a minute.

Signing up

Press Create free account, then give your name, your email, your country and a password. Your country decides the currency you pay in, and it stays that way, so pick the country you are really in.

After signing up you land inside an app, ready to use. Confirm your email when the message arrives: it is how we reach you about your account and your money.

Signing in

Use Log in with the same email and password. If you use one app, you go straight into it. If you use several, your Dashboard shows them all: click one to open it, already signed in.

Forgot your password? Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a link that sets a new one.

Every app lives on All apps.

Finding one

• The chips along the top group the apps: Websites & pages, Video & audio, Business tools, Local businesses and more.
• Search apps finds one by name.
• Press the play button on a card to see the app at work.
• The heart saves a card to Saved, so you can come back to it.

Opening one

Press Open. You are signed in to the app with the same account, so there is nothing more to fill in.

Your apps

Your Dashboard shows every app you use, with Open on each. To move between apps, go back to the Dashboard, or use the switch button on the left of any app.

All Access is the one plan. It opens every app that needs a plan, and free apps stay free with or without it. The price is on the Pricing page.

Buying it

Open any app and choose Pricing, or press an upgrade button inside the app. Pick monthly or yearly and pay by card. A yearly plan is paid once for twelve months.

When you are charged

Plans renew on the 1st of each month. Your first payment covers only the days left in the month you join, and after that you pay the full price on the 1st.

Changing or cancelling

Billing inside any app shows your plan. From there you can move between monthly and yearly, or cancel. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of what you paid for, and your work stays safe.

If a payment fails, the apps pause on the day it was due. Nothing is deleted, and they open again the moment the payment goes through.

Every app has the same row of buttons on the left. They look after your account, whichever app you are in.

• Account — your name, email and password, and a place to redeem a code if you have one.
• Billing — your plan, your card, and how you pay.
• Invoices — every payment, ready to download.
• Wallet — money you added, used before your card is charged.
• Add-ons — extra space and other extras.
• Support — talk to us. A person answers.
• Tutorials — lessons for the app you are in.
• What's new and Legal — updates and the agreements.

Your space

Your account has one allowance of space, shared by every app you use. Billing shows how much is used, and Add-ons sells more. When it is full, new uploads stop until you free some or add more; nothing you already have is removed.

Anyone with an account can earn by sharing the apps.

Switching it on

Open Affiliates in the menu, or Account in any app, and press Start earning. Doing so accepts the Affiliate Agreement. You get your own link, shown on the Affiliates page.

What you earn

When someone opens your link and creates an account within thirty days, they are counted as yours. From then on you earn a share of what they pay, for a set number of months. Affiliates shows the share and how long it lasts.

Where to watch it

• Referrals — everyone who joined through your link, what they use and what they pay.
• Analytics — who joined, day by day, and which apps they chose.
• Earnings — every commission, and anything taken back after a refund.

People who join through you are Pancho's customers. You see their name and plan, not their contact details.

Marketing writes the material for you, with your link already in it.

Making something

1. Pick an app at the top left.
2. Pick what you want: a proposal, a flyer, an email, a WhatsApp message, a banner, a post, ad copy, a video script or AI prompts.
3. Change the words in the middle if you like.
4. Use the buttons on the right: Copy, Download PDF, or Share link for a page you can send.

Prices and links are filled in for you and stay current: if a price changes, a page you already shared shows the new one.

Tell the truth about the apps and what they cost. The Affiliate Agreement has the few rules.

Your commissions reach your bank on their own.

Connecting your bank

Open Payouts and press Connect my bank. It takes about a minute.

When money is paid

• A new commission waits a few days to clear, so a refund never touches money already paid out.
• Once it clears and your balance passes the minimum, it is sent automatically each week.
• Pay me sends it sooner, for a small fee.
• Your first payout is checked by a person before it goes.

Earnings lists every commission and every payout.

A person answers every message.

Asking a question

• On the main site: Support in the menu.
• Inside any app: the Support button.

Write what happened in your own words. Your message arrives with your account attached, so nobody asks who you are first, and the reply comes back to the same place.
