LocksmithKit
Your day at a glance
The Today and Money columns, and the app beside them.
LocksmithKit runs your jobs, from the first booking to the money. When you open it, everything sits side by side.
Today
- Bookings today, then how many are New, On the job and Completed today.
- Due today and Unpaid show what needs you next.
- Next due lists the jobs coming up.
Money
- Money received is what came in today.
- Unpaid is what finished jobs still owe you.
- Takings charts the last two weeks, and How they paid splits it by the way customers paid.
The app
The app itself is on the right: your counters, Quick actions, and your recent bookings. The tabs along the bottom open Bookings, Calendar, Customers and More.
A booking, start to finish
Accept a booking, send someone, and move it along to completed.
Every job comes in as a booking. Open Bookings from the tabs along the bottom.
New bookings
New bookings sit at the top, marked New. Press Accept to take the job.
Open a booking
Tap a booking to see:
- the customer's phone and address, with Directions;
- what they need and how soon;
- Assigned to, where you pick who goes out;
- Notes, for anything your team should know.
Move it along
Press Change at the top and pick the new status: Accepted, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled. The Progress line fills in as you go, and History keeps the time of every change.
Customers and getting paid
Your customer list, unpaid jobs, and the money adding up.
Customers
Open Customers from the tabs along the bottom. Everyone who has booked with you is here, with how many bookings they've made and what they've paid. Search by name or phone, or press Add to put someone in yourself.
Tap a customer to see their bookings and their total.
Unpaid jobs
In Bookings, the Unpaid filter lists finished jobs that are still waiting for money. The Unpaid card in the Money column keeps the total.
Reports
Reports (in Quick actions) adds it all up:
- total and completed bookings;
- Money collected and Outstanding;
- bookings for the last 14 days;
- your top customers.
