TeamRun

Lesson 01 · 1 min read

A quick tour

The console, your network's front page, and a member's own app.

TeamRun is a pickup business your own members grow: riders collect, a partner does the work, riders bring it back, and members bring the customers and earn on every order in their team.

Today

Booked today, orders To call and with No rider yet, what's At the door, With partners and Ready, what was Delivered today and who Joined today. Waiting on someone lists the orders that need a push.

Money

This month's Sales, what You keep, and what went to Partners, the Team, Bonuses earned and Riders and calls. Where it went shows it as one bar.

The console

On the right: Orders, People, Money, Team pay, Prices & areas and Setup. A red number on a tab means something there needs you.

Your network

Front page opens your network's own page, where customers book a pickup, track an order and join. Every member signs in to an app of their own: their balance, their team, their wallet and a link to share.

Everything about your network is in Setup.

Your network

  • Customers can book on your front page: turn it off if only members and customer service should book.

Getting paid

Paste your Paystack secret key and press Turn on. Every payment goes through Paystack: cards, transfers, and the cash a rider collects, which the rider pays in on the spot.

Bonus account

Once payments are on, add a second bank account for bonuses. Every payment sends the bonus share straight into it, so bonus money never mixes with yours.

Prices and areas

Your services and items, partner prices, and your areas.

Open Prices & areas in the console.

Prices that build themselves

Team pay and bonuses

The team's share, the seven levels, ranks, and bonuses.

Open Team pay in the console.

The team's pay

  • You keep at least: the part of every order's profit that is always yours.
  • The team's share: the part the team shares, split down seven levels (L1 to L7, adding up to 100).
  • Active means an order in the last: levels 2 to 7 are paid only to members who, or whose team, had an order in that many days.

A usual order on the right shows one typical order: the partner, the trip, Paystack and VAT, the profit, each level's share, the bonuses, and what you keep.

It won't let you lose

Every setting is checked before it saves. A setting that would leave you less than your part is refused, with the reason under it.

An order, start to finish

From booking to delivered, through customer service, the rider and the partner.

Booking

Orders come from three places: a member books for themselves or for someone, a customer books on your front page, or customer service books for a caller. Book a pickup in Orders books one yourself.

The call

With Call every new customer on, customer service rings each new order and presses Confirmed (or No answer). Then the least busy rider in that area gets it.

At the door

The rider counts the items in their app, and the customer pays: by card or transfer, or in cash, which the rider pays in through the app on the spot. An order under the area's minimum gets the Delivery and service charge.

At the partner

The rider drops it at the partner, who marks it Received, then Ready. The rider collects it and brings it back.

Delivered

When it's delivered, the shares are paid out to the team, seven levels up, and the order builds their bonuses.

The tabs in Orders follow it along: To call, At the door, With the partner, Coming back, Delivered.

Wallet

Their Balance, made of Orders and Bonus, what's Ready to withdraw, and what's still clearing. Tapping the bonus shows how far they are to the withdrawal threshold, and the calculator shows the orders that get them there.
