Logistica

Logistica tracks every shipment, from booking to delivery, and every payment. When you open it, everything sits side by side.

Today

• Shipments today, Cargo items and Customers.
• How many shipments are In transit and how many have Arrived.
• Unpaid counts the shipments still waiting for money.
• Next due lists the shipments coming up, with their status.

Money

• Money received is what came in today.
• Unpaid is the total still owed.
• Takings charts the last two weeks.

The app

The app itself is on the right: your counters, Quick Actions, your recent shipments and recent payments. The tabs along the bottom open Shipments, Customers, Containers and More.

Open Shipments from the tabs along the bottom. Every shipment is here, newest first.

Find one

• The filters along the top narrow the list: Booked, In Transit, Arrived, Delivered and Not Paid.
• Search by ticket number, name or phone.
• Press New to book a new shipment.

Open a shipment

Tap one to see the customer, the container it's in, when it's due, and its Shipment updates. Below that are its Cargo items.

Booked, In Transit and Arrived follow the shipment's container, so you don't set those by hand.

Deliver it

Once a shipment has arrived, press Change Status and pick Partial Delivery or Delivered. Add a note if you like, then press Change Status again to save.

Customers

Open Customers from the tabs along the bottom. Everyone you ship for is here, with how many shipments they have and what they've paid. Press Add to put a new customer in.

What a shipment owes

Open a shipment and scroll down.

• Shipment total adds up the charge.
• Payment shows the Total paid, the Balance due, and every payment so far.

Record a payment

Press Record Payment, enter the Amount, pick the Method, and add a reference note if you like. Then press Record Payment.

See what came in

Recent payments on Home lists the latest ones, with how each was paid. The Unpaid card in the Money column keeps the total still owed.
