Your day at a glance
The Today and Money columns, and the app beside them.
PropertyPro keeps your tenants, their charges and their payments in one place. When you open it, everything sits side by side.

- Next due lists the charges coming up, with their status.
Money
- Money received is what came in today.
- Not paid is the total still owed.
- Takings charts the last two weeks.
The app
The app itself is on the right: your counters, Quick Actions, your recent charges and recent payments. The tabs along the bottom open Charges, Tenants, Projects and More.
Charges and tenants
Follow a charge from new to paid, and approve new tenants.
Open Charges from the tabs along the bottom. Every charge is here, newest first.
Find one
- The filters along the top narrow the list: New, Sent, Due, Paid and Not Paid.
- Search by ticket number, name or phone.
Open a charge
Tap one to see the tenant, when it's due, any notes, and its Charge updates: New, Sent, Due, Overdue and Paid.
Change its status
Press Change Status, pick the new one (for a due charge: Overdue, Paid or Waived), add a note if you like, and press Change Status again to save.
Tenants
Open Tenants from the tabs along the bottom. New tenants who are Awaiting approval sit at the top: press Approve or Reject. Everyone else is listed below with their charges.
