Donately
Your day at a glance
Today, your money, and the app, on one screen.
Donately opens on your whole day, on one screen.
Today
Today counts the gifts that came in, the people who gave, and how many give every month. Latest gifts lists the newest ones.
Money
Money shows what you have received, what has been given in total, and any fees your donors chose to cover. Takings draws the last two weeks, day by day.
The app
On the right is Donately itself. The tabs along the bottom open Forms, Donations and Donors, and More holds Settings.
The round + at the top starts a new form.
Your donation form
Its link, its design, and what your donors see.
Every appeal gets its own form, with its own link.
Your forms
Open Forms to see every form and what each one has raised. Press New form to start another.
Sharing a form
Open a form. Under Links:
- Share link: press Copy, and paste it into an email, a message or a post, or print it on a poster.
- Embed on your website: press Copy embed code, and paste it into your own site. The form shows right there.
Preview the form opens it the way your donors see it.
Changing a form
Press Edit this form to change its name, the end of its link and its short sentence, and to pick one of four designs: Quiet, Editorial, Native or Progress.
What donors see
Donors pick One-time or Monthly, choose an amount or type their own, and give.
Gifts and donors
One-off and monthly gifts, and everyone who gave.
Donately only counts gifts that went through. A declined card, or a page closed halfway, never shows up as money.
Money
- Money received is today's total, and This month is the month so far.
- Given in total is everything, from the start.
- Takings draws the last two weeks, day by day.
- One-off or monthly splits single gifts from monthly ones.
Donations
The Donations tab lists every gift. Filter by form, by status, or by One-time or Monthly. CSV downloads the list.
Donors
The Donors tab keeps everyone who gave, with how many gifts and how much in total. Search by name, email or phone, and tap a donor to see their gifts.
