Refund Policy
When money comes back, and how.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for; a cancellation is not a refund. Where a renewal charged in error, or the service was clearly broken for you, contact support and we will put it right — refunds are issued at Pancho's discretion and go back the way the money came in.
One-time purchases and services
A one-time purchase or commissioned service is refundable before the work is delivered or the download is taken, and at our discretion afterwards. Where work is already underway, a refund may be reduced by the part already done.
Wallet money
Money you add to your wallet is yours: unspent wallet balance is refundable on request, minus any negative balance you owe. Promotional credit we gave you is not money and is not refundable.
Part refunds
A part refund returns exactly that part, and every share earned on the sale is given back in the same proportion.
Chargebacks
Talk to us first — a refund from support is faster than a dispute. A chargeback filed instead of contacting support may lead to account closure, and a chargeback fee may apply where our provider charges one.
How long it takes
We act on approved refunds immediately; your bank or card issuer decides when it lands, typically five to ten business days.
