Acceptable Use Policy

The short list of things that get an account closed.

Version 1 · updated August 2, 2026 · 1 minute to read

Use it lawfully

Nothing illegal in your jurisdiction or ours: no fraud, no scams, no money laundering, no sale of illegal or stolen goods, no exploitative or non-consensual content, no infringement of other people's work.

Don't abuse the platform

No attempts to break in, probe, overload or disrupt the platform or anyone else's account; no malware; no scraping other tenants; no reselling raw platform access.

Don't misuse messaging

No spam. Marketing email sent through the platform follows the law where you send it — including a truthful sender, a working way to opt out, and a postal address where one is required. A person who says stop is never contacted again.

Respect other people

No harassment, no impersonation, no content designed to deceive. Storefronts must not claim to be something they are not.

Third-party rules

Whatever runs through our providers — payments, email, hosting — must also keep their rules. A violation of Stripe's or Paystack's terms is a violation of ours.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, suspend a feature, or suspend or terminate the account — immediately where the risk is serious. Pancho judges severity at its sole discretion. Report abuse from the Support page and a person will look at it.
