This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Pancho and the apps you install on it. It applies to you, anyone you invite into your apps, and anything you publish through the platform. Keeping to it keeps the platform safe and reliable for everyone.
Use Pancho only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply to you and your customers. You are responsible for what you and your team do with the apps, and for the goods, services, and content you sell or publish through them.
Where an app lets you message customers (SMS, email, notifications), only message people who expect to hear from you. No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, and no buying or scraping contact lists. Follow the consent and opt-out rules that apply in your market.
Don't impersonate others, harass anyone, or infringe someone else's intellectual property. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Don't publish anything defamatory, deceptive, or designed to mislead your customers.
Don't use Pancho for fraud, scams, money laundering, the sale of illegal or stolen goods, exploitative or non-consensual adult content, or any activity that puts people at risk. We may refuse or remove anything that falls into these categories.
When you use connected providers — for example taking card payments through Stripe or Paystack — you must also follow their acceptable-use and prohibited-business rules. A violation there can also be a violation here.
If you break this policy we may, depending on severity, warn you, remove content, suspend a feature, or suspend or terminate the account. Where the risk is serious (security, fraud, legal exposure) we may act immediately. We'll tell you why when we reasonably can — see the Terms of Service for how termination works.
If you believe someone is misusing Pancho, call +14042288580 or tell us via Support. We review reports and act where needed.
We'll update this policy as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use after a material change means you accept it.
