Affiliate Agreement
What an affiliate does, what an affiliate earns, and what stays Pancho's.
Who can be an affiliate
Anyone with an account can switch on earning from their account, and doing so accepts this agreement. You are an independent affiliate of Pancho. You are not a partner, joint venturer, franchisee, agent or employee of Pancho, and you have no authority to bind Pancho to anything.
Your link
You get a personal link. A person who opens it and creates an account within thirty days is recorded as referred by you. Each person is referred once: by the affiliate link they last opened before signing up. Nobody can refer themselves.
What you earn
You earn a share of the money each person you referred actually pays Pancho, whether for a plan, an add-on or a revenue-share app, for a set number of months from the day they joined. The share and the number of months are shown in your account. Discounts and credit are not money paid, so nothing is earned on them. A change to the share or the months applies to payments made after the change.
When it becomes yours
Each commission is held for a short clearing period, shown in your account, and then becomes available. Available money is paid out to your bank once it passes the minimum shown in your account: dollars through Stripe and naira through Paystack, in the currency the payment was made in, with no conversion. Your first payout is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Refunds and chargebacks
When a payment you earned on is refunded or disputed, your commission on it is taken back in the same proportion. If a dispute is decided in Pancho's favour, it is given back.
The customers are Pancho's customers
Every person who signs up through your link becomes a customer of Pancho. Pancho holds the contract with them, takes their payments, runs their apps, keeps their data and answers their support. You see their name, the app they joined and their plan, with their email address partly hidden, so you can follow your results. You may not copy, contact, move or sell them outside the platform.
Conduct
Market honestly. No spam, no deceptive claims, no fake reviews, no promises the apps do not keep, nothing unlawful, and nothing that damages Pancho's standing with customers, payment providers or the public. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to your marketing.
Termination
You can switch earning off or close your account at any time; cleared money above the minimum pays out on the normal schedule. Pancho may suspend or end any affiliate at any time, at its sole discretion, for breach, for not being in good standing, or for conduct we judge inconsistent with what we stand for. The people you referred stay Pancho's customers. Commission not yet earned or cleared at termination is forfeited.
No exclusivity, no guarantee
Nothing here is exclusive: Pancho sells the same apps directly and through other affiliates. Earnings depend on your marketing, and nothing is guaranteed.
