Reseller Agreement

What a reseller is, what a reseller earns, and what stays Pancho's.

Version 1 · updated August 2, 2026 · 2 minutes to read

You are an affiliate

A reseller is an independent marketing affiliate of Pancho. What you receive is a branded sales page for products Pancho owns and operates, and a commission on the sales your marketing brings in. You are not a partner, joint venturer, franchisee, agent or employee of Pancho, and you have no authority to bind Pancho to anything.

The customers are Pancho's customers

Every person who signs up or buys through your storefront becomes a customer of Pancho. Pancho holds the contract with them, takes their payment as merchant of record, runs their software, keeps their data and answers their support — in your brand's voice, as a service to you. The customer accounts, the customer list and the customer data belong to Pancho. You may not export, contact, migrate or monetise them outside the platform.

Your brand on the front

You choose the name, the logo, the colours and the prices your storefront shows, within the floors Pancho sets. That presentation is the whole of what the white label covers. Behind it, every legal page, payment descriptor and contract names Pancho, because Pancho is the seller.

What you earn

You earn the agreed share of each sale your storefront makes, credited after the clearing hold and paid out on the payout schedule once you pass the minimum. Refunds and chargebacks claw back your share the same way it was earned. Pancho may change the default share, the floors, the holds and the payout rules at its discretion; changes are shown on the platform and apply from the date they state.

Pricing authority

Pancho sets base prices and price floors and may change any of them, or reprice any product for any customer, at its sole discretion. You set your storefront's prices at or above the floors.

Conduct

Market honestly. No spam, no deceptive claims, no promises the product does not keep, nothing unlawful, and nothing that damages Pancho's standing with customers, payment providers or the public. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to your marketing.

Termination

You can close your account at any time; cleared balances above the minimum pay out on the normal schedule. Pancho may suspend or terminate any reseller at any time, at its sole discretion — for breach, for not being in good standing, or for conduct we judge inconsistent with what we stand for. On termination your storefront closes; the customers, being Pancho's, continue to be served. Commission not yet earned or cleared at termination is forfeited.

No exclusivity, no guarantee

Nothing here is exclusive: Pancho sells the same products through other resellers and directly. Earnings depend on your marketing; nothing is guaranteed.

The rest of the terms

The Terms of Service — including liability, indemnity, changes and governing law — apply to this agreement as if set out here.
