Web Hosting and Website Services
Our hosting infrastructure is operated from data centers located in Europe. For hosting services, you are solely responsible for all website content, files, data, and content-level security measures. Pancho, Inc. is responsible only for maintaining the underlying hosting infrastructure and is not responsible for website files, databases, content management, or any content-level issues. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting services for websites that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. All website backups, content management, and data security are entirely your responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by Pancho, Inc. remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to you in writing. You retain ownership of content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide our services. You warrant that you have the right to use any content you provide.
Service Level and Support
We strive to provide reliable infrastructure services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our responsibility is limited to maintaining the hosting infrastructure only - we are not responsible for website content, files, databases, or any content-level functionality. Support is provided during business hours for infrastructure-related issues, with premium support options available. Response times vary based on your service level agreement. We are not responsible for issues beyond our direct control, including third-party service failures or internet connectivity problems.
Limitation of Liability
Pancho, Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
