- Softened the reporting system so genuine disputes don't punish honest vendors: a single open report is now a warning (the vendor sees an amber notice, the manager gets the review item — nothing is locked). The account only locks for new work when several reports are open at once (3 by default, adjustable in Settings). Suspension always remains a manual decision by the manager or admin — nothing auto-suspends.
- First release of AgentPro — an affiliate sales network for local services. Managers recruit vendors, vendors recruit agents, agents bring in customers with personal share links and earn a commission on every order.
- Vendors manage their own price book with four pricing tiers, approve agents, set each agent's commission individually, and can adjust prices or give discounts live while taking an order.
- Customers get a lead form from any agent's share link and a public tracking page for their order — with a report button if something looks wrong.
- Built-in enforcement keeps vendors honest: per-order remittance deadlines, automatic account locks when money is overdue, watchdog flags from agents, customers and managers, and anomaly alerts for managers.
- Agents and managers have wallets with automatic Friday bank payouts via Paystack.
